Our Commercial Property Consultancy services focus on several key areas including:
- Pre-acquisition due diligence advice. Our team regularly works alongside clients with their own team of lawyers, building surveyors and other advisors to review all management aspects of an asset to be acquired.
- Development advice. Designing buildings with future management in mind is crucial to successful and profitable leasing. Our team advises developers at the development stage to ensure buildings are planned with future management in mind, helping to minimise future maintenance and service charge overheads.
- Project Management. We have been responsible for the project management of a number of car park resurfacing projects, for office refurbishment works, and the replacement of end-of lifecycle plant and machinery
- Lease advice. We advise clients on the lease clauses for new properties, helping to ensure they are correctly constructed to support the ongoing and future management of an asset.
- Occupational consultancy. Working regularly alongside building owners / occupiers and tenants we provide consultancy on the most efficient way to manage assets or lease commitments.
- Vacant Property Management. We provide clients with a vacant property management service that protects their vacant properties in order to ensure compliance with their insurers requirements.
