COMMERCIAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Fidum is a specialist property management company regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), providing services to clients on commercial and mixed-use assets. We are ISO 9001 accredited.
We work on behalf of a wide range of clients including local authorities, property companies, asset managers, public companies, retailers and family trusts, harnessing leading property management software to deliver a personal service uniquely tailored to each clients’ needs.
Our team includes Chartered Surveyors, Facilities Managers, Property Management Accountants and support staff who manage an extensive portfolio of commercial assets throughout the UK that totals over 6.5 million sq ft.
Our Property Managers are responsible for delivering all Property Management Services for each site, supported by quarterly management reports tailored to the individual needs of each client.
Assets currently managed by Fidum include large city centre mixed-use developments, office buildings, shopping centres, retail parks, distribution warehouses and industrial estates.
Our Commercial Property Management services can be tailored to meet the needs of each client and / or property and can include:
