COMMERCIAL FACILITIES MANAGEMENT
Our specialist Facilities Management team co-ordinates all aspects of operational management on our properties, with the technical expertise to run the largest complex commercial assets.
Our Facilities Managers work alongside our Property Managers to compile and manage all service charge budgets. This will include tendering all supply contracts on a regular basis, preparing and overseeing PPMS, overseeing reactive and planned maintenance and undertaking quarterly site inspections.
They are responsible for the Health and Safety management of our managed properties and work with our appointed Health and Safety consultants to ensure compliance.
At the heart of our Commercial Facilities Management offer is Trackplan, our bespoke and state-of-the-art building and facilities management software (CAFM) that provides us and our clients with a fully integrated reporting and facilities management platform.
Working in partnership with our on-site teams the Commercial Facilities Management team’s responsibilities include:
- Contractor procurement and tendering
- Contractor and Contract Management, SLA and KPI meetings
- Statutory Compliance and certification
- Health & Safety and Fire Risk management and compliance
- Project tendering and supervision. From small scale repair work to large scale refurbishments
- Utility procurement, management and re-charging
